October 13, 2018, is Indie Author Day. Tri-Valley Writers is celebrating by co-sponsoring an event with the Livermore Library from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the library’s Civic Center Location (1188 S. Livermore Ave., Livermore). To kick off the celebration, Ann Parker will interview Andy Weir, author of The Martian and Artemis. Following their discussion, the public is invited to chat with Andy, Ann, and fifteen local independently published authors, including several TVW members: Jordan Bernal, Eloise Hamann, Ruth Harder, Julaina Kleist-Corwin, Annette Langer, and J.D. Lasica. Authors will have their books available for purchase.
